Below is my Old Bio: I joined Fatsecret, made my goals met some of them but never met my ultimate goal...like many of you here I gave up. Please read my blog and support me. It is now 2013. I lost a lot and gained alot for the simple reason that I didnt change my inside. Im back and ready to loose weight and change my inside. FYI I'm now 26, I'll leave the below bio as a reminder.


◕‿◕。HI EVERYONE!

Im 22 years old and need to get back into shape! I cant believe how close to 200lbs I was getting! CRAZY! I need to loose at around 50pounds! Optimistic I know, especially for a major chocoholic! But Im not prone to being big, I hold my weight evenly on my body and used to be majorly into sports, so going to the gym and getting active again should be to bad...I hope!

I have decided to follow the blood group diet. I feel its not just a 'fad diet' but an actual scientific and biological way to eat right for your type. I am a classic blood type A its scary. I love meat but willing to cut it out and introduce it slowly back into my diet (if I want to) later on.

I just need help from anyone doing it! Support is great, not getting much from my family and friends. Journal comments welcome!...Call me out when Im wrong...praise me when Im right! I would like to connect with like minded people with tips and support with weight loss, also HOW TO KEEP IT OFF!!

I have stared working out at the gym min4 times a week. With 45min cardio and 20min weight training followed by 10min stretching/yoga. Sounds too much? Too little? Let me know. I want to know tips what works for people?

Goal weight?
I LOVE Crystal Renn! She looks great now! Although I dont think she looked bad thin though. I worked for a designer during London Fashion Week and some of them where almost INVISIBLE...they were so thin! Judging by that picture above she would have been too 'fat' to walk in some shows!CRAZY I KNOW! I wasnt the least bit envious of the models I've worked with, they looked like tall boys...and smelled like little boys too!!
I envy Crystal Renn's body now! Even though she is not regarded as 'thin' she is my 'thin-spir-ation' Smile

Stretch Marks?
BIO OIL! They have it in a store called boots in England. Im assuming your from USA, I think they have it there. I swear by it, I use it all over my body every day and my marks are almost gone (after about 6/7months using it everyday). Hope it helps. I've also heard about pure vitamin E oil. My friend buys the oral vitamin capsules and pops them with a needle and puts it on her marks! I think thats a little extreem, but she says it works for her and her sister who just had a baby?!

Vegetarian switch
I've just turned vegetarian and finding it almost impossible to get enough protein in my diet! I am low on carbs but my fat content is too high as I am trying to eat but not raise my carb content! Im not on the atkins diet Im following the blood group diet which has been good so far....but I know it would be better if i lowered the fat and increased my protein per day. Any idea's? I HATE TOFU!...which is the first suggestion I always get.
Any ideas just drop me a note!! Smile
