Need to find others with over 100 pounds to lose...
I too have quite a bit to lose. And I also have a condition that makes it difficult if not properly medicated. I have Hyperinsulinemia. Last time I dieted I lost 87 lbs, I had 37 lbs to go and found out I was expecting. I am back on track with the diet, but at this point I am not on my medication and haven't been on it in 4 months ( financial situations) so I am REALLY struggling! Looking to make some friends.

BAD KNEES
I too have very bad knees. I found that building the muscle that supports the knees really helps (this was my PT's demand). I found in the beginning the best things were, my Gazelle (no impact and really don't have to bend your knees) and pilates. I have now moved up to Tae Bo, but I still don't do the jumping (just bounce) and try to be cautious when doing anything like lunges or squats.
