Plateau? Need some ideas to get rolling again ...
You sound exactly like me!!! Started out at 228, got down to 210 and was STUCK. Finally got past it (before summer) and hit 204. Never got below that though. Now I'm back up to 211. UGH!!! Instead of decreasing your calories, try increasing them a little, by like 300 to 500 to give your body a little confusion. Also, try doing some different exercises. Sometimes our bodies become "immune" to what we're doing if we do the same things all the time, so try changing things up a bit, for a good couple of weeks or even a month to see if that helps get you over the hump! Good luck!!!

i for one..
It's not the carbs that are bad, it's the sugar! Good carbs are awesome and we need them, like those in whole grains. It's the refined sugar that rots our organs and tissues just like it does our teeth. That is why your starting to heal RubyRedSox, because your not eating all that sugar which is so bad for us.

I understand some people can't/won't deprive themselves of anything, and that's your choice. But I want to encourage you to really think about what you're eating. Examine the labels. Especially in processed foods. In my opinion, they're not even real food. It's best to shop the perimeter of the store where you'll find your whole foods. That's really the best way to ensure you're eating the foods our bodies are designed for as well as keeping down the calories and staying away from that refined sugar.

Okay, I'll stop. I could go on forever about this. It's just so important to know what you're really putting into your body.
