I'll be 39 this year and don't want to hit the big 40 at over 200. I had been for the longest time what my hubby calls fluffy, but lately I'd gotten comfortable and it just turned into a few more and a few more lbs. I did ww a couple of years ago and lost about 50, but since quitting I've gained it all back. Now I'm trying to get rid of it and keep it off. I know it's a lifestyle change and that's what I have to remind myself when the going get's tough.

Controversial Topic: What Causes Obesity?
Baked goods and anything homemade, to include breakfast lunch and dinner. I always felt that I wasn't eating that much. Mine was just a matter of getting comfortable when I got married and had kids, and then I just stopped paying attention becauseI was too busy with everything else. I guess I didn't want to acknowledge what I was doing to myself. I wasn't happy but I also wasn't willing to do anything about it until now.

Biggest Loser Finale Tonight- Fill Me In!
Well I have to say you missed the meanest person come and go twice, that would have been Melissa. I'm pretty sure no one misses her. I'm not sure who my fave to win is it's between Ashley and Daris. I think Ashley will try to keep up and stay with it more so than the others on the final four. I just think so many of them don't have the right mind set to keep up with the change they have done for themselves. I'ts too much too fast, but you can't help but watch the end and wish all the best for them.Smile

Chocolate, I'm with Kate I eat cheese everyday. I like chocolate but I could give it up in place of.

School Lunches
just a quick note if you put p/b on both sides of the sandwich and jelly in the middle it will keep them from getting soggy.Smile
