I am 29 yrs old, full time career woman..I have been on a diet for about 3 months and so far doing ok I am taking Lida pills and watching my calories...the only bad thing, I hardly exercise..I don't have time. But are up and down at work for 8 hours and the rest of the day with the kids and doing housework..does that count?? LOL!

hi, Im wondering if someone can help me, I accidently put down that I was starting a new diet, so i dont know what happened and know it says that my start day is today and that i havent lost anything...does anyone know if this can be erased??

help!
I am new to all this, therefore I have a big question that I just can't figure out... the exercise log...why does it tell me I burn more calories while sleeping and resting than when I walk or do house work wich requires more energy????... i am not sure if I just don't know how to read it...can someone please help...thanx in advanceQuestion
