Thinking of switching diets... what's ur recommendation?
It is completely a way of life...the best thing that I have found is the Bill Phillips Body for Life for eating...it is a well balanced eating life style...There are lots of things you can do to "kick start" it, but all the comments about more calories burned the more weight lost is correct, however, you do need the right calories...garbage in...garbage out!!!

Check out Body for life.com they have a fitness program as well...but you dont have to do it...great ideas on eating right!

feeling a little insecure in fitness classes
I am a Turbo Kick instructor and let me tell you...your size does not matter. It is your attitude and your ability. As a smaller girl, I am VERY impressed with the anyone regardless of their size that has ambition to start something and stick to it! 5lbs is a great success story...stick with it. It takes time and dedication...it is a way of life! and don't get discouraged if it take a few months to "feel" good!!! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help!

Is anyone on here doing the Chalean Extreme workout program??
I am a Beach Body Coach and have done the program in the past..I LOVE all of her programs...you will get AMAZING results if you stick to it!!!
