Hi, I am a married mother of two who has struggled with my weight since the birth of my first child (14 years ago). I have tried alot of diets and after going off of them I gained the weight back, so I am trying to loose around 30 pounds with exercise and healthy food choices instead. I have already lost 30 pounds and am finding it hard to loose my last 30, so I am hoping that this site might give me some ideas of how to drop another 30.
