Hi, I am a married mother of two who has struggled with my weight since the birth of my first child (14 years ago). I have tried alot of diets and after going off of them I gained the weight back, so I am trying to loose around 30 pounds with exercise and healthy food choices instead. I have already lost 30 pounds and am finding it hard to loose my last 30, so I am hoping that this site might give me some ideas of how to drop another 30.

Recommended Daily Intake
A good rule of thumb is current weight x 7 = number of calories you should eat. You can change the amount by entering your number of calories in the box under the calculation and click on save.

Rebounder (mini trampoline)
I think it would be ok for your pelvic floor. The rebounder is different than a trampoline. With a rebounder you push down and with a tramp you spring up. You need to try both to see the difference. I have a rebounder and find that it is more work than a trampoline. You can definately feel it in your legs.

Tips for not sabotaging your diet over the weekend?
I like to munch on frozen green grapes. They taste kind of sweet and they take a while to defrost in my mouth, and that makes me eat less. Also i heard that eating cold food burns more calories???!

Sleep Activity
You have to have a full 24 hour period on your activity list. Try adding or increasing "Resting" and then decrease your "Sleeping".
