Hi Everyone. My name is Laura. I live on the west coast of Florida. I'm married. Have 3 adult children-2 girls,1 boy, 4 grandkids-3 boys,1 girl. I like to go boating, fishing, camping, have BBQs and party. I have done the Atkins diet before and got down to my goal weight of 140, but that was 10 years ago. I've gotten married, quit my active job, gained it all back and then some, and of course have gotten older. So I'm going to try again.
