It all started with friends and I doing our own weight loss challenge to motivate each other to lose weight (the money at the end of that challenge was also a big motivation =). I gained a lot of weight last year (which I blame on stress, work, student-teaching and school). This is is the fattest I have ever been, and the highest I ever want to be. No more excuses; I need to take control and get myself back in shape. I like to exercise, but my weakness is food and tracking what I eat. I have changed my eating patterns lately, but I need to be good on weekends and actually track.
I lost a lot of weight last year and actually liked my body. I dont care about being a certain size; I just want to be fit. I've realized I'll never be super skinny (especially not in this family/culture!), but I can be healthy =)
