Wow 20 whole pounds gained. It's almost unbelievable what can happen in less than a year. I have made it back to my starting weight from two years ago. I am so disappointed with myself for letting it get to this point. Now is the time for change. I waited until now to start this process up again, and it doesn't matter what reasons there are, I know that I am finally ready to get back on track.

My plan:

1.) Reintroduce healthy foods back into my diet as the norm. Veggies and fruits are paramount.

2.) Get back in shape by starting small and building up from there.

3.) Make healthier choices by eating less processed foods and more natural/raw foods.

4.) Begin eating a healthy breakfast every day.

5.) Make smart options at lunch time, including packing a healthy lunch.

6.) Keep portion control in mind during dinner meals.

7.) Choose healthier snacks such as fruits, yogurt, etc.

8.) Cut down on the sugar intake by A LOT.

9.) Monitor my drinking habits, even if it's only once or twice a week - keep it light.

10.) Educate myself about healthy habits for an overall healthier lifestyle that will last.

11.) Don't become obsessed, stay focused and diligent because this is the long haul.

12.) Celebrate my successes, but not with food.

I can visualize where I want to be. It's time to go and get it!!
