If this is what you ate, then yes you did really good! I guess your in the induction phase of atkins, when your carbs are that low you will go into ketosis, your body burns keytones instead of glucose made by carbs, the reason you can eat as much meat as you want is there are no carbs, and insulin is the gatekeeper to your fat cells. Some people that do a low calorie diet but choose high carbs will have a very hard time losing weight because insulin will make you resistant to losing weight...
