How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I just started weighing myself on a regular basis. I weigh myself every morning and document it. I sometimes weigh myself outside of that as well and am shocked at how much your weight fluctuates. Be certain to weigh yourself at the same time each day!

Can you have jello pudding? If so, i highly recommend putting one of those in the freezer. Better then ice cream to me!
