Accidentally bought campbells regular classic chicken noodle soup vs. the low fat version. I like the noodles in the low fat much better.

still amazed at how much better I do when I record my food.
I ate bad last night and had some beers, but would have had a lot more if I wasn't tracking this and didn't want to get up early this morning to run!

Drinking ruins my diet! Had a few light beers last night. They are NOT light. ;) Trying to figure out how to resist them during my GNO tonight...that and the mushroom swiss burger I'm craving.
Maybe just one beer and then some walking for an hour or so since I ran yesterday.
can't drink much anyhow-HAVE to get up and run tomorrow!!!
