I tried to make really health conscious decisions today. I did some housework. And I worked out pretty hard on the elliptical machine. We had a healthy dinner of grilled chicken. Ate dinner really late though. Gonna try to do better with that tomorrow. But now, I'm going to get on my treadmill and watch some hulu. Maybe Doogie Howser, M.D. can give me some inspiration :-D

Today was pretty hard. Even though, technically the diet doesn't start until tomorrow. Had dinner with the Apiag's for Donna's birthday and the homemade mac and cheese didn't help. I'm over in points. I don't even think I've counted everything. I'm frustrated and discouraged. Tomorrow is a new day and I will do better. Maybe when I'm not feeling sick, I will feel more motivated.
