I really didn't do as good as I could. I had a lot of things going on that made it really hard for me to care. I would like to try again with this, and hopefully I can have much better results.

So tired today. Just sitting at work waiting to do something. I've been keeping water at my desk at sipping on it throughout the day. I've noticed that I'm picking the water up more than the cup with Coke. Hope to get at least 8hrs of sleep tonight. Still full from lunch. Had a fiber bar for breakfast and was starving by lunch. I should be good for the rest of the day until dinner. If not I have trail mix, which really helps with my sweet tooth. That time of month again. Hope to see a good water weight loss this week. Better drink up.

Started a new job today. Packed a good lunch. Hope I stay full. Also, hope the energy vitamins help.
