It's been a while since I logged onto the site so I need a refresher...but considering what my weight was at the last weigh in, whatever I'm doing is working!!

Things are going really well for me. I have told myself and am mentally prepared to get rid of the soda from my diet. I allow myself soda and fast food on Fridays as a treat to how successful I have been throughout the week. I am walking/jogging with my exercise buddy at least 2x a week and I play sand flag football for at least 1.5 hours on Sundays. I am mentally prepared at this point to lose the weight. I will reach my goal in no time. There is a boudoir photo shoot in October that I would love to do. I hope to lose a lot of my excess weight by then and can get in enough shape to feel comfortable doing that. If I'm not, it's ok, I will not beat myself up over it. I need to keep my motivation.

I have not been tracking my food, and there are several excuses I could use here, so take your pick, but I am trying to be more conscious of my weight loss choices. I walk a little bit each day, and I'm not drinking as much soda as I have in the past. I'm trying to cut down on my usual proportions, and just in general, trying to make more of an effort. I'm going to have to take baby steps, as plunging in has proven unsuccessful for me in the past. I did notice this morning that I'm lower than 162lbs, which was a major accomplishment for me. I don't know when I was below that. Granted, it's only by a few ounces, at this point, it is completely unnecessary for me to nitpick. I am going to keep up what I've been doing and hopefully I can stay positive.
