I'm pretty disappointed in myself for the lack of motivation. But at least I maintained my weight. Which was actually very surprising to me. I surely thought that piece of cheesecake was going to mess me up. I have tried to drink more water. It's hard. But my body is getting to the point where it's telling me that it's thirsty for water.

I just want to get below the 160 mark. We know I can maintain 162...but, geez, can't I get passed that?!

My original weight was 164, but I submitted 162 before weighing myself. I did lose one pound this week, making me at 163. I just need to keep in my when look at the numbers that it's one pound off. Could have been more, but I'll take anything. We only need a pound a week to succeed.

Today was just horrible. I stopped tracking my diet because I didn't follow it at all. I did will for the beginning half of the day. Then we went out. Enough said. Got good exercise though. We'll see how the scales read out. Oh, and did it mention it's that time again. Which always makes the scales look worse. Eh!
