I am a 4'10", 51y.o., married, mom of 3, grandma to 5, healthcare provider. I live in mid-MO, in a small town. I am a member and PER of Elks Lodge #2662.I feel so blessed. I use to want to lose weight to look good, now I want to lose weight for my health, I want to be around to enjoy my grandkids and to look good in pictures(I looked awful in my daughters wedding pictures in my red tent and I often delete pictures of me and my grandbabies because "my rolls show")

Is it 4oz. of Carbs, regardless of carb grams? For example: 4oz.rice or 4oz. ice cream? Sounds intersting.Will consider trying that.

blackberry
Does anyone else have difficulty replying or adding items using blackberry on the website. Love website but frustrated using with blackberry is so difficult. Is it just me?

Accountability!
I realize I am accountable to myself first and foremost. I am looking for an email buddy to communicate with me regularly about upadating my food diary. If I look up food before I eat, I make wiser choices. I found carb counting works best for me but the food diary really is an eye opener. rhondabruno@yahoo.com
