I'm 40, married and enjoy the outdoors. I've been athletic and avid cyclist my entire life, but have trouble controling my eating. I've been gaining and losing the same 30 pounds repeatedly, for the past 20 the years. Currently, I'm about fifteen pounds from my goal and I'm aiming to lose a pound a week. When I reach my goal, I'm going to make it stick this time!
