Always been skinny as a kid. But stress, anxiety makes me eat. And recent years have been stressful. Now that I'm happily married, I just eat for fun, and I like it. But man I need to lose the weight. I've done it before and I know I will feel just great. And I am a family physician, telling everybody to lose weight for health sake. Isn't time for me to be healthy?

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
My goal for exercise is 250 minutes/week. I am pretty much doing that since november except a few weeks in January when I got my appendix out!

What made me do it? I was out of shape, out if breath, and I hated when they took my picture of me . I couldn't move, and thought that all the chairs would break under me. We also wanted to adopt. My obesity could've been an obstacle for adoption in China. We just made it before the new restrictions were in effect. Then I imagined me going to China, not fitting in a airplane chair, on a 24hr plane trip. I did it before when I was around 175-180 pounds and it was hell.
