Hey! My name is Crystal. I've had it with not feeling or looking healthy. So I'm in this for a life style change and not just a diet. To help myself I've enrolled in a Weight Management Program through the hospital that is only costing me $50(With Insurance) for a year's worth of coached work out, cooking classes, a food diary, and consultations with both a physiologist and a dietitian. I'm also dragging my wonderful boyfriend(someday we'll get married) along with me on my adventure. I work for a 911 Communications center which means high stress and a diet that needs some fixing(For some reason people love bringing in sweets and donuts for us dispatchers).

Oh also make sure you are drinking about 8 cups a water a day. You body can easily mistake thirst for hunger.

Looking for Tips to fight hunger
Plan out what you are going to eat for the whole day and spread out your calories equally between meals. I have a snack of about 150 calories between meals. So I basically eat every two to three hours with 450 cal for breakfast and lunch and about 300 cal for dinner. That's on a 1500 cal diet. Also veggies are a great snack because you have to eat a good number of them for the calories to add up.
