I'm Jenn and like many of us on this site, I have tried and tried and tried (did i mention that i have TRIED??) to lose weight throughout much of my life. I have succeeded numerous times, but have always failed to maintain these achievements. I am now in my mid-30's and my body is slowing down some. I have no children, and still very much want to start a family. Though I have other issues which make this a difficult challenge, I also have my elevated weight as a barrier. This is something I can do something about!! I recently went to see my doctor, and when I got on the scale I about passed out! I could not believe the number I was seeing. No amount of clothing or accessories could make up for the weight on that scale. I had run out of excuses... it became TIME! I am motivated to not only lose weight, but to learn to simply make healthier choices, and maintain a healthier life... not a lifeSTYLE, but a LIFE! If I ever hope to start a family, I had better become a better model for my future child(ren). Ready or not, HERE I COME!!
