I'm 26, married and have one girl. I'm a software engineer ,so I work everyday for 10 hours, desk job. I love cooking, netsurfing and spending time with my kid.I make sure to sleep 8 hours.
I gained weight during my pregnancy and from then i developed hypothyroidism, with which my metabolic rate reduced. Being an Indian, we do have high calorie food from childhood, i have been trying to maintain my diet to have 40-30-30 ratio of carbs, protien and fat. I have just started with a low cal, low fat, sensible eating and more activity sort of diet - and I'm hoping to lose 30 lbs, hopefully by the end of this year, but I'll just keep going until I get there. :)
1st Target - Need to loose 2 Kgs by end of April
2nd Target - Need to loose 2 kgs by end of May
3rd Target - Need to loose 2 kgs by end of June
4th Target - Need to loose 3 kgs by end of July
Finally 72 till my wedding anniversary:)
