Recovery Days
I despise rest days I am so addicted to working out! I know I have to rest- so hard for me. Today is Sunday~ I have told myself I will workout M-Sat- intense and hard and I have to rest on Sunday so I can start my week fresh.

was so good for breakfast
I had 2 egg whites 1 egg with spinach and 1/4 taco cheese and a pack of instant oatmeal 404 calories - big meal at top of day to get me started and will burn it off before bed!
