I keep finding and losing two lbs.
I did not gain on vacation, I stayed active. This week I have ridden my bike three miles three days, and walked two miles with hubs 2 days. Back to work part time Monday, then full time the following week. Hope I can get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise. Will I be able to fit in a grad school class...? Might be too much...

Man I really blew it with my carbs today! Hubs bought debbie cakes. Can't remember the last time...well probably 8 months ago...I ate debbie cakes. And he bought chips and I ate some of those too.
Had the blahs a good part of the day. I can't wait for this kitchen remodel to be finished. It is finally looking like a kitchen again.

At least another week of kitchen remodeling. I didn't feel well most of the day. My allergies were kicking my butt. I did walk 2 miles with hubs tonight. Contractor not here tomorrow so I plan to get a good work out in early in the day. Taking melatonin to sleep better. Need to get my will power back to exercise if I want to see the scale change. This aging thing...sneaks up on you. Sometimes to tired and achey to fight back. Painted the ceiling of a 13X17 EIK and man was I hurting. Had no idea my arms were that out of shape.
I fell asleep on the sofa and woke up at 2am to shower and go to bed. When I get up I will go out on the balcony for some sunshine to help my circadian rhythm. I will ride my bike for at least one mile and do 30 minutes of yoga.
Maybe recording it here will help me stick to it.

I stayed awake all night. The contractors arrived around 845 am and worked all day. they made a lot of progress! I am feeling excited again about the project. Hubs wanted to go out for breakfast once we got the contractors started. That is where I went wrong with my food plan. I just read something about the Dukan Diet and may consider trying it...but getting through this kitchen remod is going to make it tough...and then we go on vacation for a week...I am pretty sure I gained a pound...
