back up again. I need to get moving again and get on the ball. I've been eating out alot this week... been out of town at meetings most days, so that's been an issue. You can't carry around your own salad when it's over 100 degrees outside. I should be home the rest of the week, so maybe I can lose these 2 pounds I've gained back.

I'm not weighing this morning. Went to a birthday party last night and was not a good girl. Went over my points by 10 or so for the day. BUT!!! I'm down an inch in my hips and 2 in my thighs, so I'm going to leave it at that for now. Flush with lots of water today and weigh in the morning.

I'm not weighing this morning. Was not too great last night and ate a lot of salty fried foods. I'm going to give myself today to flush it out. Then I'll weigh tomorrow. Having a good hair day and don't want to ruin it! :)

Just finished reading the Shangri-La Diet last night and think I will incorporate it into my diet. Tried the sugar/water twice today and haven't felt as hungry as usual. Maybe there's something to it?
Am going to try the oil/water next week after I make it to the store.
