I've been really bad since Wednesday. I have had a horrible week, and right back to chips and Dr. Peppers I went. Wednesday morning, my car broke down while I was at a patients house (embarrassing and inconvenient), and nothing seemed to go right after that. I was late and clumsy and awkward all day. Kids have been acting up, and so they're grounded this week. Which makes them pout and me frustrated. Part of their punishment is to clean the house today, so I'm going to lock myself in the den and work out for a few hours to try and get back on track. There are no Dr. Peppers in the house, and with my car in the shop, no chance of getting one, so I should be good today! :) Wish me luck!

Woohoo! Just measured myself. Although I'm not losing weight, I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist, and 3 1/4 inches off my butt! Gained 3/4 of an inch on my thighs and 1 1/4 on my calf, but I can tell by the look that it's muscle gain.

Auughhh... back up to original weight. Will have to measure to see if I'm making any progress muscle wise.

Today was horrible. I started out great with a smoothie, egg, 2 pieces of oatmeal toast with peanut butter and turkey bacon. Worked out for an entire hour. Was going to have nothing but veggies and some nuts the rest of the day, but ended up going out of town with hubby and kids and, of course, they wanted pizza. So I'm going to count that as my free meal. Or should I say free day? lol. I'll start back being good first thing in the morning. Guess I need to go work out another hour to even out the fat...
