Okay.. so I followed the diet completely yesterday, and worked out twice for 20 minutes apiece. And I gained weight. I didn't even have a Dr. Pepper yesterday. Maybe it's muscle gain; yeah, that's it. It's all muscle gain. :)

No change today, but starting exercise regimen tomorrow, so will probably start to lose better than on diet alone.

I'm not sure how I lost almost 2 lbs overnight, since I didn't really change much in my diet yet, but hopefully this keeps up :) :0 :)

I just printed off 2 spreadsheets: one for me, one for hubby. Broke it down into 2 weeks worth of exercising, as the Abs Diet book suggests in the beginning. Both weeks include 30 minutes of walking 6 days a week, 3 days of alternating 8 pushups with 15 squats x3 sets, and 1 day off.
Have them marked to start on Monday. Going to spend the rest of the weekend figuring out menu and grocery list.
