still holding steady. can't seem to break below 140 pounds.

REALLY cut back on calories today. Hopefully I'll see some results soon. I can feel myself getting stronger and more endurance, but would like to see some results on the scale too.

My First Day of real honest to God exercise... someone shoot me now. I'm not going to be able to walk in the morning. I walked 2 miles at different inclines and speeds on my treadmill, did all the workouts on a Beach Body DVD I found, did 45 minutes on my daughters DDR Max (does that count?), walked all around Wal-Mart (even the automotive section)and did some yoga. I'm dying.....

I had my cheat meal last night, Kentucky Fried Chicken. And actually, the numbers don't look too bad for what I ate. I'm back down a pound or so, and haven't really been missing the caffeine like I thought I would. I might make it :)
