Just finished reading the Shangri-La Diet last night and think I will incorporate it into my diet. Tried the sugar/water twice today and haven't felt as hungry as usual. Maybe there's something to it?
Am going to try the oil/water next week after I make it to the store.

How is the Shangri-La diet working for you with WW? I am doing WW too and haven't had too much of a problem with hunger while keeping the points low...but I'm definitely interested in doing the sugar-water and oil if its worth adding it... :)
