Probably just water loss since I was bloated during my period, but I'm still excited!!! WooHoo! Lowest I've beeni over 2 years!

Been doing too much eating out again. It's so hard to cook healthy every night with work, being on call, the kids.. etc. I know, I know. making excuses won't change anything. I've bought a little machine called a lateral thigh trainer that i've set up under my desk. it's like a stepping thing; supposed to firm the thighs and butt, so I can do that while I'm working. Hoping that makes up somewhat for my eating this past week.

WooHoo! Stayed below 100 on carbs 2 days in a row! I sure am missing french fries though :)

Back down to 138. Not bad considering how much I've eaten out in the past week. Just found out my 20 year high school reunion is in October. Maybe that's the motivation I need. :)

I"m not weighing this morning. Got woken up early by starving husband and had HUGE breakfast (17 of my 22 points allowed). Forgot to weigh before we went, so I'm ignoring the scales today. On the plus side, I've been cleaning house since we got back, instead of sleeping in, so I'm burning off that toast and jelly :)
