Back down to 138. Not bad considering how much I've eaten out in the past week. Just found out my 20 year high school reunion is in October. Maybe that's the motivation I need. :)

I tried to eat right, and got a good walk in. played wii for a bit and loads of housework. I can't get to my treadmill or bowflex right now since we're painting that room, but should be back on schedule with exercise next weekend at the latest. I'm doing good on food today so far. How are you?
