In my early 40s and my bodys just not letting me get away with stuff anymore. Those 5 or 10 pounds that I always wanted to lose became 10 to 15 (overnight!). I have a daycare in my home so I'm constantly fighting temptation. I like to eat but fortunately I've always been pretty active. Right now I'm into running and strength training with Jari Loves Ripped dvds.
