I am 41 years old, half American and half Argentine. I moved from Miami (after being a foreign service brat during my childhood) to the Patagonia, Argentina, 6 years ago.
I am in a long term relationship and have a cat named Ane'. I paint for a living.
Recently I quit smoking, after almost 15 years of having this bad habit. I am now dedicated to being as healthy as I can. I eat lots of veggies and fruit, and ride my bike at least 30 minutes every morning. The weight is coming off and I feel great!!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
every morning as soon as i get out of bed, naked. it definitely keeps me focused and reflects if i've been naughty or not!

New to Fat Secret
I just joined too, and so far I love it. Buddies help a lot (feel free to add me) and keeping a log of what you eat definitely helps! Keep a journal too, it helps for venting when you're frustrated!

The Scale Game
it's important, i think, to weigh yourself at the same time every day, and your scale should not fluctuate like that. i weigh myself first thing in the morning, and record that figure. a few hours later i weigh much more! even if i haven't eaten, i drink a lot of water...
