I didn't get much sleep last night. Just tossed and turned all night. But then I usually don't sleep very well anyway. I did really well yesterday with the eating and exercising, can't wait to see how today goes. I must not have over done it on the exercising because I'm not feeling any pain other than the usual stuff. My legs ached a bit last night and I think that was the cause if my restlessness. So, it's time to get this day started. I hope everyone has a great day!!

I went to the Y over my lunch time. It wasn't too bad for not working out in a long time. I made it 7 minutes on the Elliptical Trainer, 7 minutes on a stationary bike, 3 laps around the indoor track, and did some work with the weight machines. I know it doesn't sound like much but it's a start.

Today is the day! I have to loose the weight, exercise and get this diabetes under control. Although my numbers aren't bad the diabetes is affecting other parts of my body. Time to get serious!!
