I went to the Y over my lunch time. It wasn't too bad for not working out in a long time. I made it 7 minutes on the Elliptical Trainer, 7 minutes on a stationary bike, 3 laps around the indoor track, and did some work with the weight machines. I know it doesn't sound like much but it's a start.

I started back to the gym after a little over a year of wasted fees. I knew it wasn't much but I set the elliptical machine for 15 minutes. I had worked up a sweat and thought my heart would stop. When I looked down and saw I'd only done 3 minutes I said "oh hell no we won't be doing 15 minutes this week !" Lol. I bow down to your 7 minutes!
