I went to the Y over my lunch time. It wasn't too bad for not working out in a long time. I made it 7 minutes on the Elliptical Trainer, 7 minutes on a stationary bike, 3 laps around the indoor track, and did some work with the weight machines. I know it doesn't sound like much but it's a start.
