I didn't get much sleep last night. Just tossed and turned all night. But then I usually don't sleep very well anyway. I did really well yesterday with the eating and exercising, can't wait to see how today goes. I must not have over done it on the exercising because I'm not feeling any pain other than the usual stuff. My legs ached a bit last night and I think that was the cause if my restlessness. So, it's time to get this day started. I hope everyone has a great day!!
