I'm 32 years old with a passion for living life to its fullest! I go out to wine & dine with my husband several times a week, and love finding unique places to spend time enjoying wine and conversation. To stay active, I do light free weights nearly every day, participate in spin classes at my gym several times a week, play on a co-ed soccer team, take a weekly ballet class, and do 30-minute cardio sessions during my work-week lunches. My challenge is to create a healthy balance that incorporates fitness and eating right into my lifestyle... Fat Secret has been a huge key in that success! Being aware of my calories and tracking my fitness has given me a sense of control over what I am fueling myself with... and offers me a foundational approach to making healthy diet & fitness choices.
