I just moved to Fla 8 weeks ago from CT. Selling our house before we left also had me eating out all the time. This habit continued once we got to Fl. We are both looking for work and have developed bad eating habits. My friends are all in CT so there is no one but my husband to talk and do things with. Food is a very temporary comfort to me but it is one. Can't seem to get back to any routine since right now I have none. Been on job interviews but nothing so far! Hence the food. Again I know its temporary comfort but comfort it is. I have not weighed this much in over 25 years!!! Please help. Need encouragement and support!

You're so right about that. My two cents of advice for you is because you don't have that much to lose you might need to shock your system like trying fat smash for 1 week and then going back to WW. My DR's have also told me its unrealistic to think I can weigh 125 lbs but what do they know. Our metabolism's just seem to stop. Hang in there! or perhaps the core program on WW? Just my 2 cents I had to go to fat smash and be good for a week before I could lose anything. I lost 3 lbs! You can't live on that diet though at least I can't!!! Good Luck!

Switching
Hey everyone I'm switching from Fat Smash to WW again!!!!! Is there anyone out there that is in there early 50's and having a problem losing weight with any diet? I weight 177 just moved to FL from CT and can't seem to lose. We sold our house in CT so there was alot of eating out even before we got to FL and when we arrived we also ate out alot to try new restaurants. I actually was 181 when I got here and got to 177 after about 2 weeks on Fat Smash. Now my husband finally found a job and I"m still looking. Trying not to spend too much money so I'm looking for easy recipes for dinners.Oh yes, have I told u that I'm the snack at night queen! I need to have a cup of tea and a snack at night or all bets are off and I overeat things I don't even really want. Have bought the WW cakes that are 1 pt and freeze them. They are good with a cup of tea. Most of my fat is around the middle.... YUK!!!!!! I do walk the beach daily for an hour and do exercises in the pool which I find easier but thats about the extent of my exercise. Does anyone know about that mini Trampoline???? What does that do and where can u get one. I have a free gym membership with our apt. down here and must admit that I have only been 1 time. HELP!!!!

If u go into the Diets on the top of the page and then go to Fat Smash it shows u some guidelines. Hope this helps and welcome!

Hang in there the fact that u had the pants on last week may be that u really are just bloated drink more water and add some unsweetened cranberry juice to eat and wait..... I bet it disappears! I buy Knudsen Cranberry at the health store and mix 1 cup to a half gallon picture so it doesn't taste too yukky!!!!! and then add a little to each water bottle. Also breaks up the fact you're only drinking water..
