It was nice going through the old messages, but I had to admit I was too focused on the past because I didn't like the present...but with the reset the future looks bright and beautiful.

Food scale?
I bought mine at Wal*Mart and I love it. I'm not at home, but when I get home again I'll post the brand. It's electronic and has a few hundred foods and products preprogrammed. My only concern is it doesn't do a good job of adjusting the weight when I add more food when it's on the scale. I have to take my container off, add more food, and then put it back on. It was about $50 CND and IMHO worth every penny. It's easy to use, accurate, and has a nice selection of preprogrammed kcals, FIB, CHO, PRO, FAT and weighs in grams and ounces.

What is the deal with self image??
You may be both "looking good" (compared to before) and "have a long way to go sister" (until you get to your goal).

The same thing used to happen to me all the time, and still does sometimes. And pictures can be misleading.

In Canada.

Tried it and when I change my settings, and search from a borrowed computer. Couldn't see anything logged in or logged out.

Changed my settings back now so everyone can see my posts again =)

HELP ME AND MY SWEEET TOOTH!
My favouite is a fresh orange, frozen mango, some ice cubes, vanilla soy milk and no syrup, served in a glass with a bit of whip cream on top. Tastes like a creamsicle is under 100 kcal/cup, and the whip cream makes it feel decadent!

HELP ME AND MY SWEEET TOOTH!
My solution for a sugar craving is a fruit slush. Blend frozen berries* (2 cups) with ice(1 cup), cold water** (3 cups), and few spoons of strawberry syrup. This rough recipe makes about 4 servings of 50 - 250 Calories each depending on the fruit, liquid, and amount of syrup used. used. * mango, papaya, and various berries can be used. **milk, soy milk, water, or juice can be used.
