hey guys ! ive been weighing myself daily with my pjs on. just yoga type pants and spaghetti strap shirt. which my weight was going down so i was fine with that, its what i have been recording... but now when i weigh myself my weight is constant and i tried weighing myself undressed and its almost a pound difference!! so i was just wondering how everyone else weighs themselves .. clothed? or undressed?

The best method would be to weigh naked, but you can certainly wear clothes if you wish. The trick to accurate measurement is to make sure you wear the same thing each time you weigh in.

I weigh every morning before I get dressed. It makes it a true weight and its the same time everyday.

I agree with roots. It doesn't matter as long as you keep doing it the same all the time.
I don't own a scale and I only weigh myself at the gym- in my gym clothes and sneakers. I used to subtract 2 pounds off of whatever it said, but now I just record what it says. I know in my mind I weigh a few pounds less.

Naked. Empty bowels and bladder. Sorry for the TMI.
DISCLAIMER: I expect to lose this weight over the next 6 months to 5 years. I'm not going to feel like a failure if it takes an entire month to lose 1 pound. I'm going to feel like a success when that happens! I may offer advice that I'm currently not taking myself. Feel free to call me on that!

Me too Sooki. Off comes the earrings, contacts, wipe my face if I'm perspiring, etc. etc.

I've pulled off my jeans before, because denim is heavy,
but usually I go with whatever I slept in.

Don't forget to blow your nose, too!
Get up, use the bathroom, don't have anything to drink, strip and weigh. Contacts stay in or I wouldn't be able to read the scale!

Naked, without jewellery or glasses, after going to the loo. Tomorrow I'm going to try weighing after shaving my head and paring all my finger- and toenails down. If that doesn't help, I'm sure I dont need my pinky fingers....
Oh, the things we do. =)

Wake up...bathroom...scale. PJ Pants and a tanktop. Same type of clothes at the same time. If the scale wasnt in the kitchen then I would do it in my birthday suit %)
That cupcake doesn't taste as good as my skinny jeans feel.

I also weigh every morning (though I try to record only once per week).
But it always a tank top and boxers after morning potty.
BTW, has anyone ever weighed themselves then gone potty and weighed again only to gain weight??? wth is that about? lol
(I didnt change my clothes, eat, drink, etc)
My start weight was 336. This was taken on 5/14/10. Unfortunately I can't get this to correct itself.
I know "
Foodisevil
" was not the brightest choice for a name, but I was grasping for straws when most everything else I tried was taken. I know that not all food is evil, just chocolate and McDonald's, lol!

The only thing I wear when I weigh is a smile. (it doesn't stay there very long though)
