3PM MAYDAY
I find that eating protein( turkey slices, string cheese, nuts) for that 3pm snack helps give me energy and keep my full until dinner.

Need some motivation!
Just concentrate on drinking more water. Also, I have been replacing my 2nd cup of coffee with hot green tea. It's not exactly the same, but it's working for me.

This used to happen to me
all
of the time. I even had one guy ask me 3 times in 1 minute about my baby. He was trying to make a point, since I was holding a wine glass, that he spilled to contents of on me. Needless to say, I was and am not expecting. I know the pain.
