Today I skipped out on FIT since I haven't had much sleep lately. I have been exhausted from thinking about everything. I will be going into surgery again this year. This time it is a little bigger than the last problem. At least I have insurance to help cover the cost or else it would be a lot worse.

Today I was suppose to go to the gym, but hung out with my friend. My body still aches a little from yesterday's FIT and today I went to the doctor's.
I didn't get a good night's rest last night, since I have been having some stress from work and woke up in the middle of the night.
Tomorrow morning I will be back at the gym starting out with Pilates. I will miss CRT since I have to work unfortunately. I will figure out something to make up loss time.

Today is Chinese New Year, so I am off diet since I had hotpot. Some of the things I ate are still healthy. I don't think I am able to really record some of the things since I don't have a name for everything that I have eaten.
Anyways, back to the diet plan tomorrow.

I changed my birth control and been having a sweet tooth. Need more control of my diet so I can meet my goal weight in a couple months.
