Today I had to take an easy on working out since my left calf is a little sore from working out on Wednesday. I probably pushed myself too hard, but at least I got results. I also wanted to finish up my Christmas shopping, but forgot I still have 2 more to go.
I won my bet with my cousin so I got a new workout outfit for the gym. I also did a little shopping for myself, since I need some more clothes for the gym. I should be good for now maybe a couple pairs of pants.
My next bet with my cousin is that if I get to my goal weight then he will fly me out to Chicago, which will be a great present. Even though I am not use to getting this type of treatment.

Today is the first day I finally tried out Pilates class. Not too sure how I feel about it. I also took CONTACT (boxing class) and Spinning. I can't believe I made it through today. Very exhausted from shopping and attending all these gym classes. I feel like I will keep pushing myself to the limit so I can see results.
I also decided to sign up for more EAT classes so I won't slack off in achieving my ultimate goal.
Now I am working on tomorrow's lunch, snack and possibly dinner.

I have been pre-planning my daily diet for work which is 3x/week. Eating salads has help improve my daily intake for fiber and protein. The EAT nutrition class has helped go back on track on my weight loss.
Now I am taking spinning class and yoga as of right now. I will try to take more classes to help change my metabolism to keep this up.
For my goal weight of 150 lbs is now set on Saturday, April 13,2013. Hopefully I will achieve this goal.

Finding changing some of my diet. Packing a salad for one meal of the day. This help increased my fiber and protein intake.
Also starting taking more classes at the gym, in order to break my plateau.
