Today I was suppose to go to the gym, but hung out with my friend. My body still aches a little from yesterday's FIT and today I went to the doctor's. I didn't get a good night's rest last night, since I have been having some stress from work and woke up in the middle of the night.
Tomorrow morning I will be back at the gym starting out with Pilates. I will miss CRT since I have to work unfortunately. I will figure out something to make up loss time.
