Atkins help needed!!!
Hi Queeshia, I live on a tight grocery budget myself, it took me a month or 2 to balance out. I mainly stick to the outside isles of the grocery store and go by the cheapest meats for the week and vegetables that are cheapest for that week, and then find atkins acceptable recipes for those things. i also keep eggs, dill pickles, cans of tuna, cheaper things stocked up in the cabinet for snacks. I also try to keep frozen veggies as in peppers and broccoli, easy to throw cheap stir frys together, with any meat u have in fridge and veggies. Hope this helps.
