Hi! I am a married 26 year old with a wonderful 5 year old boy. Being that the child is 5 now, i figure I cant blame this weight on my pregnancy anymore. I did Atkins a couple years ago and lost 27 lbs in 6 weeks, but i was getting sick of all the fattening foods, so south beach here i come!!!

new sbd book
I went out and bought it...its basically the same thing, he just explains the process a litte bit better. he does have a complete menu for the first few weeks of the diet which is cool. He also has a work out guide and they are VERY easy. The first 2 weeks are mostly stretches. I can definately do that!

feeling sick after workouts
usually my last snack is around 2:30-ish and i work out at 4:30. ill start eating something before i go...thank you so much!!! Very Happy

feeling sick after workouts
hello!! i stay after work every day and work out and every time im done i get really nauseous. is there anything that i can be doing? im on phase one. im eating all my meals and am drinking LOTS of water. Thanks guys!!

can you cook with wine?
i have a couple of questions for people on phase 1 of south beach:

are there any canned soups we can have?

I know that we cant drink wine, but can we cook with it?
