Getting started...HELP
I was shocked to find how quickly i fell into the routine of checking my calories. Now that I've done it for a couple months, I actually don't feel as hungry as I used to. I found things that I can eat that are low calorie but that fill me up. I feel better too. But it took me months to finally sit down and say, that is enough, I need to lose this.

Swipe is right, you need to ask yourself "are you ready?". No one else should influence that answer.

Do Diets Cause Weird Dreams?
I'm going to have to assume that dieting gives us weird dreams. I've never been prone to weird dreams, most of the time i'd just relive a situation. But lately since I've been watching my calorie intake I started having the craziest dreams.

I'm getting married next summer but i've never actually dreamed about the wedding. But the other night I had this weird dream where I was wearing my dress but it wasn't time for the wedding. I went to work in my dress...

Not crazy that wii weighs me EVERY DAY.
Hey guys! I'm new to the site and saw this post and wondered the same thing. I know as people we vary through out the whole week, and I hate to see when it says i gain weight. Thanks so much for the idea about skipping the weight check. I never thought of that.

I've been playing Wii Fit for the last couple months and lost 25lbs. I was so excited I thought it wasn't possible till now. I just bought EA Active and Its much more brutal than Wii Fit, but in a great way. I use them both. I've made a Yoga routine that i try to do everyday and I do my 30day challenge on the Active.

Since getting on this site today, i've ready a lot of good things about Walk It Off.. any of you have this game?
