Starting today I'm going to begin a weight stabilization phase to 'reset' my normal weight. I will slowly introduce things and if my weight goes up more than 1# I will cut the item in half and see what happens.. Later after being stable for a month or so I will restart my weightloss. I'm determined to get back to my normal - 120-125 which sounds low to some but I'm only 5' tall! :)

Been going to Profile Weightloss - ascribing to a very low call, no sugar, no fat diet for only 42 days. using vitamins as support, staying active - the real kicker is you get a DNA profile.
