Journalling foods, exercise, weight losses and emotions
I am retired Navy. I did my 20 and now go to school online getting my Bachelors in Christian Religion. I am a mother of two, one grown and moved out and one still at home. Hubby is still active duty Navy and we live in Guam with our child and two bulldoggs.
I enjoy walking, hiking, and swimming with the family including our dogs.
On Jan 1, 2013 I started "New Me, Sugar Free" in my quest for better health and to ease my arthritis.
I have been walking about 2 hours a day up and down hills and am beginning to add some "FIRM" exercise videos (aerobics with weights).
I have already lost 5 pounds and my watch is much looser. Most of my weight is located in my belly so it will be a slower process but adding the weights should help!
